Yes! Katchey offers continuous 24hours/7 days a week after-sales engineering services support throughout the life circle of the equipment.

In order to process your order we require the following information:

  1. Catalogue code(s) and quantity of the product(s) you want to order
  2. Your shipping and billing addresses
  3. Valid Phone number – in case we need to contact you quickly in regards to your order
  4. Email address – for order confirmation and invoicing
  5. Payment or purchase order number

Yes. However, this is subject to a review by our financial control department. Please provide your purchase order number during checkout online, or clearly label your purchase order supplied via email.

Kindly be sure to provide the correct billing email address or mailing address for your accounts payable department so the invoice can be directed to the correct department.

Katchey offers a one-year warranty from the date of delivery to the customer and a service agreement, which kicks in immediately after the warranty, expires.

The warranty covers all factory-related defects but does not include faults arising from a power surge, poor handling, and intentional damage.
